Signal Hill has grown significantly during the past decade into a diversified residential and retail community, and our police services have been changing to meet that growth.  In addition to the customary police services, our department has programs for direct citizen involvement.  They include the  Reserve Police Officer Program, Community Volunteer Program, Citizens' Police Academy, and the Explorer Program.  If you would like to become involved with your community and police department, look through this website for a program that may interest you.
